1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our conversion and optimization services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Usage & Fair Boundaries

Free tier users may upload up to 5 concurrent images per batch. Premium accounts expand boundaries up to 20 images. Scripts or automated scrapers designed to bypass these bottlenecks via raw API flooding are strictly forbidden.

3. User Assets & Content Liability

You retain full legal ownership of all image files uploaded to the processing engine. You guarantee that you possess the necessary rights or licenses to modify and compress these files, and that your assets do not violate copyright legislation.

4. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to Premium accounts found actively abusing server resources or attempting malicious software injection into the compression pipeline.
